Our Policies

It is extremely important that you thoroughly check your final proofs. The client is responsible for checking correct dates, spelling of all words, correct times, etc. Once final approval from the client is received, you are giving Pretty in Print the permission to print all pieces as they appear on the final proof we send over.

After that, no changes can be made and Pretty in Print will not be held responsible for any errors found after your approval. Further, your addresses will be written exactly as they appear on the address list that you send over. We will not make etiquette or spelling corrections.

It is the client’s responsibility to confirm actual postage rates for their invitations/cards. Due to the nature of Signature Pocket Folds, the postage may be more expensive then a standard piece of mail. Pretty in Print Invitations does not cover any postage costs.

Once you provide final approval, your design is sent into production. You can expect your order to be completed within 10 business days. Address printing will require an additional 5 business days.

Payment

The client agrees to pay Pretty in Print a 50% deposit of the total project cost before printing can begin. We accept cash,
personal cheque or e-transfer to prettyinprintinvitations@gmail.com. The remaining balance will be due at the time of pick up.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable. This covers the time it takes to design your invitations, as well as supplies, and  printing. If you change your details after the printing has begun, we can re-print – but additional costs will occur. The remaining balance will be due at the time of pick-up.

If there are any minor adjustments such as additional invitations or number of envelopes addressed, your final payment will be adjusted.

Pick Up & Shipping 

Pretty in Print Invitations operates out of Burlington, Ontario. It is up to the client to arrange pick up of the invitations from Burlington. If you are unable to pick up your invitations, additional shipping charges will be charged to your final payment.
